Challenge

The American Institute of Steel Construction, AISC, needed to redesign their website while integrating Ektron CMS with a wide array of third party applications. The overhaul of the portal needed to improve both the user experience – and the back end administration.

Solutions

Integration of Ektron CMS with a complex membership CRM system, a secure e-commerce system, and an event registration system.
Creation of an enhanced visual design more user-centric which allows AISC to segment users based on need, technical knowledge and role.
The CMS allows for dynamic presentation of content based on role – and the personalization allows for a much deeper, value-added relationship with site visitors.
Enhancement of the usability of AISC’s web site for its 30,000 + members. This integrated system provides a direct connection with member management and commerce systems.
