Andrea Fishman
Partner & VP of Strategy
BGT Partners, Chicago
Andrea Fishman is a Partner and VP of Global Strategy at BGT Partners, and directs BGT’s Chicago office. As VP for one of the oldest and most award-winning interactive marketing agencies in the world, Fishman brings to BGT extensive experience in technology, marketing and management consulting.
Fishman and her team drive value to BGT’s clients through the development of benchmarking and competitive assessments, strategic delivery plans and the design of integrated marketing programs. Fishman’s team leads communications with the agency’s strategic partners, including Microsoft, Adobe’s Omniture Business Unit and Google. Her team is also one of the few organizations in the world that is certified in Adobe’s Omniture Fusion Test&Target and SiteCatalyst.
A 2010 Stevie Awards Finalist as Best Executive in a Service Business, Fishman has been with BGT since 2003 and manages some of the agency’s largest accounts, including Avaya, ADP, ADT and Sony. She and her team have kept Avaya, BGT’s oldest client at 10 years, so satisfied that BGT was named Avaya’s Global Marketing Vendor of the Year in 2006. Additionally, under her leadership, ADP.com and Tyco.com were named Top 10 B2B sites by BtoB Magazine in 2009 and 2010, respectively.
Fishman’s success as a business woman and comprehensive knowledge of the interactive marketing industry have made her a nationally recognized expert on all things related to marketing on the Web. She authors a monthly column on Behavioral Marketing for ClickZ and appears regularly in such top media outlets as BtoB Magazine, Chicago Business, SES Magazine and eHealthcare Strategy and Trends. She also speaks at interactive marketing events across the country, including at SES and OMMA.
A graduate of Brandeis University, Fishman was awarded the Wasserman Scholarship for academic achievement. She is a frequent judge for the eHealthcare Leadership Awards and is an active member of the Chicago Interactive Marketing Association and the Business Marketing Association of Chicago. She is dedicated to giving back to the community, and regularly donates her time and resources to the Special Olympics, Chicago Cares, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Junior Achievement, the Revlon Walk for Women and the Office Depot Foundation.

Travis Sheppard
Partner & VP of Technology
BGT Partners, Miami
Travis Sheppard is a Partner and the VP of Technology at BGT Partners, and is responsible for managing the delivery and execution of technology projects for all clients. He works closely with the BGT team to create and implement client requirements within a technical framework, interfaces with clients to ensure that implementation goals are being met and serves as a liaison between the business development and technical teams.
Since joining BGT in 1998, Sheppard’s work for clients such as Avaya, Ryder, FedEx and Walt Disney has received some of the industry's most prestigious interactive marketing awards. Sheppard is an expert in new technologies, and is a certified developer in Ektron, Sitecore (a 2010 MVP), Microsoft, Percussion, Aprimo and Akamai solutions. He is also the driving force behind the development of industry-leading applications such as Enterprise Marketing Manager, CMS Alias Extensions, Portal Franchisee Module and Partner Collateral Software.
Prior to joining BGT, Sheppard worked as a Producer for AOL Digital Cities at the forefront of the Internet boom. Sheppard holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in eBusiness/Business and is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Rick Longman

Rick Longman is the Vice President of Professional Services and a Partner at BGT Partners. In these positions he manages BGT's project managers and supports the delivery of BGT’s most complex integrated solutions. A BGT team member since 2003, Rick has been an integral part of the organization, dividing his time between managing client services and enhancing the agency’s services and resource management model.
Prior to joining BGT, Longman worked for a Web development firm in Detroit where he fine-tuned his technology skills and survived the dot-com boom and bust. Longman's extensive professional experience contributes to the success of BGT where he is respected as a strong leader and mentor.

Michael Marsowicz
Partner & VP of Client Services
BGT Partners, Miami
A technology and consulting veteran, Marsowicz is responsible for overall client satisfaction, executive relationship management and all elements of client contracts. His efforts in understanding business needs and aligning them with BGT services ensures that clients receive best-in-class delivery focused on marketing and business solutions. The result is a client-retention rate close to 100%.
Marsowicz has been with BGT since 2005 and previously served as Director of Business Development for the agency. Prior to joining BGT, Marsowicz held senior IT roles of CTO, CIO and Consultant for companies including New York Life, Max Planet and F2 Network. He also owned his own Marketing/IT consultancy for several years.
