BGT Executive to Debate Merits of IT Outsourcing with Regional Technology Leaders
Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce invites BGT to participate in upcoming seminar "Using External IT Resources - How to maximize the return on your investment"
MIAMI, FL, November 29, 2004 – Andrea Fishman, Director of Global Strategy at BGT Partners, will explore the pros and cons of leveraging external IT resources to maximize ROI in an upcoming panel discussion. Sponsored by the Technology Committee of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, the panelists will explore the processes involved with IT outsourcing decision-making.
“The decision to leverage external resources for IT initiatives must balance the potential financial savings with the long term operational and support implications” notes Ms. Fishman. “In addition to the time and costs associated with managing external vendors, post-initiative support and maintenance by internal employees must be addressed.
